Shipping policy
We have a 7-day return policy for domestic orders within the UAE, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Domestic (UAE) Orders
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Domestic Exchanges (UAE Orders Only)
For exchange requests within the UAE:

Please return the parcel to the above address after receiving approval from our team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the requested exchange and reship the new item accordingly.

The replacement will be shipped using the same method as the original order.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged and meets all return eligibility conditions before sending it back.
International Orders (Including EU)
Due to the classification of our fragrances as Dangerous Goods (DG) by shipping couriers, returns are not accepted on international orders once they have been shipped.
Additionally:

Returns or refund requests based on personal preferences — such as disliking the scent — will not be accepted.

All Yusuf Bhai fragrances undergo rigorous internal quality control procedures to ensure premium standards across both online and in-store purchases.

Return or refund eligibility for international orders is limited to cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
We urge all international customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Items purchased on sale or using a gift card
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered to a country in the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days. However, due to shipping limitations related to Dangerous Goods, returns remain the responsibility of the customer and are not accepted for reasons of personal preference.
Customs Charges and Failed Deliveries

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient.

If a shipment is refused or not accepted by the recipient, the original shipping fee and any return charges will be deducted from the total refund, if applicable.
Refunds (UAE Domestic Returns Only)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status. If approved:

Your refund will be issued within 10–15 business days.

Refunds will only be made to the same mode of payment used when placing the order.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
